Pune TOD Zone: 500 m Metro FSI Rules and How to Check

Radius: the zone is the area within about 500 metres of the metro station. The state’s 8 March 2019 notification for Pune, as reported by The Bridge Chronicle, describes it as 500 m from the proposed station boundary, to be delineated by PMC after state approval.
Stations, not corridors: the first proposal gave 4 FSI on both sides of the entire metro line. PMC asked the Urban Development Department to limit it to the areas around stations, and the state accepted that.
